Barnet Council is considering the use of compulsory purchase orders (CPO) for the Curry Rise and Bray Road Housing Estate in NW7, according to the Cabinet Forward Plan. The decision was discussed at the Overview and Scrutiny Committee meeting on Wednesday, 16 July 2025.
According to meeting information, the council intends for Notting Hill Genesis to initially acquire all leasehold interests by agreement with residents. A series of consultation events with residents have taken place and will continue.
