Waltham Forest Council has selected Heywood as its software supplier to connect to the national pension dashboards scheme.

The decision was revealed in the Administration Report June 25, which was part of the agenda for the Waltham Forest Pension Board meeting.

Pension dashboards are digital interfaces designed to allow individuals to view information about all of their pension savings in one place. They are intended to provide greater clarity and encourage better planning for retirement. All public service pension schemes have to connect their pension data to the dashboards by 31 October 2025.

To ensure the accuracy of pension data displayed on the dashboards, the minutes from the Pension Board meeting on March 11, 2025, indicate that previous issues with recording transfers and HMRC data have required significant corrective work. According to the minutes, the GMP reconciliation and the leavers project are expected to help rectify these data quality issues.
