Kentish Town residents will soon benefit from a new campaign designed to improve the reporting of antisocial behaviour (ASB) and clarify the process that follows. The initiative was discussed at the Kentish Town District Management Committee (DMC) meeting on Tuesday, 9 September 2025. The meeting also covered topics such as the refurbishment of the Peckwater Estate football pitch.
The campaign aims to help residents understand how to report ASB incidents and what to expect after making a report. A new communications campaign is being finalised to explain how to report ASB and what happens after a report is made. Once finalised, leaflets with key contact details will be distributed to Tenant and Resident Associations (TRAs) and estates. Residents can report ASB through Camden's contact systems, including by phone and online, and should report criminal activity directly to the police. The new ASB reporting system provides a centralised and more accurate view of issues being raised by residents.
Community Safety Officers are already working to tackle ASB by coordinating estate-based action plans in partnership with other agencies. The specific agencies and their roles were not detailed in the Public Reports Pack.
