Tower Hamlets Council is set to review its senior recruitment process, according to updates provided at the Transformation and Assurance Board (TAB) meeting on Monday, 22 September 2025. The meeting will also address key changes within the Envoy and Chief of Staff Team, as part of the introductions led by Kim Bromley-Derry.
Stephen Halsey provided the update on senior recruitment as part of the 'Any Other Business' section of the meeting, according to the Agenda frontsheet 22nd-Sep-2025 14.00 Transformation and Assurance Board.
The Transformation and Assurance Board also discussed the Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP). Jon Lloyd led a discussion to frame the next iteration of the CIP and key delivery priorities for the autumn. The Continuous Improvement Plan Portfolio Guide Exec Summary was referenced during the discussion.
Additionally, a workshop was held, facilitated by Jon Lloyd and the Improvement Team, focusing on measuring impact and prioritising critical areas where the Transformation and Assurance Board needs to be at the heart of the work.
