Lewisham Council has suspended the premises licence for the Star & Garter AKA Dokis Lounge, located at 490 New Cross Road SE14 6JY. The decision was made at a Licensing Committee meeting on 21 July 2025.
The Licensing Committee convened on 24 September 2025, to discuss several items, including the minutes from previous meetings where the suspension was decided. The minutes from the 21 July 2025 meeting confirm that after considering the evidence and submissions, the committee resolved to suspend the premises licence for the Star & Garter AKA Dokis Lounge.
