- Complaints Compensation Policy: A new Complaints Compensation Policy will be discussed and considered for approval, aiming to streamline the process and ensure fair compensation for tenants' grievances.
- Income Collection Policy: The Sub-Committee will also review and consider a new Income Collection Policy for the Housing Management Service, focusing on efficient and sensitive income recovery methods.
- Safe Homes, Great Services Programme: The Sub-Committee will receive a highlight report on the Your Voice, Our Action: Safe Homes, Great Services Programme. This initiative focuses on improving housing services based on resident feedback.
