Bromley Council, in partnership with the Integrated Care Board (ICB), has commissioned a new Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub to provide a wide range of support for adults in the borough to manage their mental health. The hub is described as a multi-agency Service providing a wide range of support for adults to manage their mental health.

The announcement was made during a meeting of the Executive, Resources and Contracts Policy Development and Scrutiny Committee on 9 October 2025, where the committee reviewed progress on corporate priorities. According to the Scrutiny of the Chief Executive - October 2025 report, the hub was commissioned in April.

The new hub is also part of a wider strategy of progressed neighbourhood working, bringing together care, health and voluntary sector partners to support more joined up and preventative interventions for residents. This 'progressed neighbourhood working' aims to support 'more joined up and preventative interventions for residents'.

The Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub was commissioned with the Integrated Care Board (ICB), suggesting integration with NHS services. The hub also involves 'Care, Health and Voluntary Sector Partners', indicating integration with other charities.

The initiative is part of the council's broader efforts to support the well-being of its residents. The report highlighted that the council's loneliness work was recently commended by Baroness Barron, the first Minister for Loneliness in 2018, who commented that 'Bromley's achievements were very impressive'.
