Havering Council is scheduled to debate a resolution to extend the six-month attendance rule for councillors at a meeting on Wednesday, 19 November 2025. The proposal addresses the existing attendance rule, with a report submitted as an urgent matter under Section 100B (4) of the Local Government Act 1972.

The resolution was included in the supplementary agenda submitted with the agreement of the Chairman as an urgent matter pursuant to Section 100B (4) of the Local Government Act 1972.
