Residents have raised objections to a new premises licence application for Spoon & Rice, located at 16 High Road, NW10 2QG, in Brent. The application is set to be reviewed by the Brent Council's Alcohol and Entertainment Licensing Sub-Committee on Wednesday, 26 November 2025.

The sub-committee, comprised of Councillor Parvez Ahmed, Chair of the Licensing Committee, Councillor Orleen Hylton, and Councillor Lesley Smith, will consider the application by John Belmonte under the Licensing Act 2003.

Documents related to the application, including the application itself, a plan of the premises, and a revised plan, are available for review. Objections from local residents, including photos and a statement from a resident representative, will also be considered by the sub-committee.
