Camden's Health and Wellbeing Board convened on Wednesday, 17 December 2025, to discuss the progress and future aims of the Homelessness System Partnership. The partnership aims to create an integrated approach to addressing homelessness in the borough.

The Health and Wellbeing Board reviewed a report pack detailing the work of the Homelessness System Partnership, which was formed in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. The partnership recognises that a whole system approach is required, as no single organisation can meet the needs of those experiencing homelessness.

The report pack included an overview of the homeless population in Camden, the issues they face, and what residents have said about the services they receive. It also summarised the approach the Partnership has taken, including co-production. Co-production is a way of working where people who use services are involved in the design and delivery of those services.

The Homelessness System Partnership report outlined the progress made against the Partnership priorities, other achievements, and next steps.
