Redbridge Council's Love Clean Streets
app has become a significant tool for residents to report local issues, logging over 11,000 reports since its launch in 2023.
The app has received positive feedback for its responsiveness and the ability for users to track the resolution of their reported issues. This was highlighted during a recent Strategy and Resources Policy Development Committee meeting, where updates on the council's Customer Experience Programme were discussed.
Improvements are underway for the Love Clean Streets
app, with technical issues regarding report tracking and notifications being addressed. Specifically, the council is working to resolve issues with tracking previously reported items in the Love Clean Streets app
.
The council is also analysing the correlation between app reports and casework data to identify trends and target improvements. This involves examining the link between app-based reports by ward and existing casework/complaints to better understand patterns and direct resources effectively. Further details on the council's customer experience programme can be found in the Public reports pack for the Strategy and Resources Policy Development Committee.
