Kensington and Chelsea Council's Leadership Team has reviewed the performance of its housing management services for the third quarter of the 2025/26 financial year. The team examined key performance indicators (KPIs) related to repairs, lettings, and resident satisfaction to ensure services are meeting objectives and to identify any areas requiring attention.
The report, titled 'Q3 Housing Management Performance' (KD1011361R - Q3 HM Performance), details these KPIs. These include metrics for repairs completion times, the efficiency of the lettings process, and overall resident satisfaction levels, which are further broken down in the KD2000015R Resident Survey 2025 and its associated action plan (Appendix 2 Residents Survey 2025 Action Plan).

The review aims to ensure services are meeting objectives and to identify any areas requiring attention. The council's performance in areas such as council tax and Non-Domestic Rate (NNDR) collection also forms part of its overall financial monitoring, with collection rates for April to October 2025/26 compared against the previous year.

Other matters discussed by the Leadership Team included the KD1013629R Sloane Avenue Write Off and the KD1013551 St Marks Day Centre Relocation, which included architectural drawings of the proposed design.

Additionally, the team reviewed KD1013640R - Repairs to Albert Bridge, which featured diagrams and photographs illustrating structural components and identified issues.

The meeting also covered the KD1013638R Small Business Rate Relief Scheme 202627- 202829 and its supporting guidance (Appendix 3 Supporting Small Business Relief Guidance).
