The Hammersmith and Fulham Audit Committee reviewed the Council's risk management processes on Thursday 24 September 2026, with a particular focus on identifying and managing persistent risks – those that are ever-present, such as cyber security threats.

Jules Binney from the Council's Audit, Fraud, Risk and Insurance department presented the update, highlighting changes to the risk management process. Four risks had been closed since the previous report, deemed to be of very low likelihood.

The committee noted the report, with future meetings scheduled for 30 November 2026 and 15 March 2027.
