Community Benefit Society (CBS)

A new not-for-profit registered provider, established as a subsidiary of Sutton Living Limited, intended to access greater grant funding for affordable housing acquisition and development. It is intended to acquire and manage affordable housing and be registered as a provider of social housing. It is registered with the Regulator of Social Housing and recognised as an exempt charity by HM Revenue & Customs.
