Ringfence Agreement

An agreement between the Community Benefit Society, Sutton Living Limited, and the Council to ensure the CBS's operational independence and compliance with Regulator of Social Housing standards. An agreement ensuring the Community Benefit Society can seek support from Sutton Living Limited or Sutton Council.
