Specialist Expertise at Hand (SEAH) model

A model for providing specialist expertise to support SEND services. A model within the SEND Futures Plan designed to provide early intervention, advice, and support to schools, providers, and early years settings. A model designed to provide early intervention and support to schools and early years settings to reduce the need for formal Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan assessments.
