Silk House and Shoelands Court redevelopment

An outline planning application for the demolition of existing residential units and associated structures to deliver up to 388 residential units in buildings ranging from 6 to 28 storeys, including a new footbridge, public realm improvements, car and cycle parking, and waste storage. This is Barnet Council's project to redevelop Silk House and Shoelands Court in Colindale to provide more affordable housing.
