Discount Market Rent (DMR) affordable housing

A form of affordable housing where rental properties are let at a discount of at least 20% below local market rates, with a maximum of 80% of local market rent. This is a type of affordable housing where units are rented at a discount, specifically no more than 80% of the local market rent.
