Future Bexley Children's Transformation

A transformation programme by Bexley's Children's Services focused on improving outcomes for young people and families and achieving cost savings. A transformation programme within Bexley's Children's Directorate focused on modernising operations and enhancing resident outcomes, including Commissioning Redesign and a Family Help & Intervention workstream. This programme is aimed at modernizing operations, enhancing resident outcomes, and achieving a £1.98m savings target by 2026/27 through commissioning redesign and a review of the Practice Leadership model.
