Mrs. Rosemary Birchall

Councillor Rosemary Birchall said that it was depressing that there weren't more people responding to the consultation and that she understood that the CIA was just another tool in the council's armoury. The councillor also expressed a preference for face-to-face meetings, valuing the "feel of the room" and the ease of collaboration in person.
