Councillor Nadja Penfold

Councillor Nadja Penfold, Chair of the committee, noted the importance of residents signing off on complaint resolutions. This new initiative aims to ensure that a complaint is never fully closed until the resident confirms their satisfaction. If residents are not satisfied with the initial resolution, they can escalate complaints from Stage 1 to Stage 2, and subsequently to the Housing Ombudsman.
