The Shareholder Committee heard on Tuesday that the council and Coalo are working on a programme to return empty properties to use, which could benefit both organisations. The initiative aims to increase the number of properties available for letting, thereby boosting revenue for both Coalo and the council. According to the Public reports pack, Coalo's involvement is expected to increase their commission.
