Camden leaseholders are experiencing delays in the processing of their lease extension applications, according to the Leaseholder Services CLF report 23 Sept 2025 presented at the Leaseholders' Forum meeting on 23 September 2025. The report indicates that the Home Ownership Team is currently working through a backlog of these applications.
