Bexley schools have been recognised for their commitment to promoting children's rights and fostering inclusive learning environments, according to a recent meeting of the Bexley Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education (SACRE). The council highlighted Bexley's ranking among the top ten London boroughs for schools registered with UNICEF's Rights Respecting Schools Award, reflecting the borough's dedication to creating respectful and inclusive educational settings.
The Rights Respecting Schools Award recognises schools that place the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child at the heart of their planning, policies, and practices.
