Southwark Council is set to review its customer service performance at the upcoming Audit, Governance and Standards Committee meeting on Wednesday, 19 November 2025. The committee, chaired by Councillor Barrie Hargrove, will discuss complaints and customer service as part of its agenda.
The meeting, scheduled for 6:30 pm at 160 Tooley Street, will provide an opportunity for committee members to examine the council's approach to handling complaints and ensuring effective customer service.
Members of the public are welcome to attend, and the council is committed to making its meetings accessible. The agenda frontsheet notes that provisions are available for residents who require babysitting or carer allowances to attend the meeting.
