Southwark Council is reviewing the progress of its Southwark360 programme, an initiative to replace the council's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The Audit, Governance and Standards Committee will be considering a report on the progress of Southwark360, the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) replacement programme.
The Audit, Governance and Standards Committee is scheduled to discuss the Southwark360 programme at its meeting on Wednesday, 19 November 2025, according to the agenda frontsheet. ERP systems manage day-to-day business activities, including accounting, procurement, project management, risk management, and supply chain operations.
The committee, chaired by Councillor Barrie Hargrove, will also discuss a range of other topics, including internal and external audits, anti-fraud measures, customer service, risk management, and financial reports. These include the Housing Revenue Account, Treasury Management Strategy, and Capital Strategy.
