Lambeth Council is addressing a range of resident concerns, as highlighted in a six-monthly update presented at the Corporate Committee meeting on 27 November 2025. The report, detailed in the Six-Monthly Update, covered complaints, member's enquiries, subject access requests, Freedom of Information Act requests, and ombudsman cases from April 2025 to September 2025.
The committee is scheduled to discuss key trends and patterns observed in the types of complaints and requests received during this six-month period compared to previous periods, as well as how Lambeth Council ensures that lessons learned from complaints and ombudsman cases are incorporated into its policies and procedures.
The Six-Monthly Update was reviewed by Councillor Rebecca Spencer (Chair of Corporate Committee), Councillor Ibtisam Adem (Financial Resilience Champion), Councillor Matthew Bryant (Deputy Group Leader), Councillor Jackie Meldrum, Councillor Timothy Windle, and Paula Mills.
