Camden leaseholders are set to discuss the process for handling repairs when a resident's flat is damaged by another resident's actions. The discussion, addressing current procedures and perceived shortcomings, will take place at the Leaseholders' Forum meeting on Wednesday, 3 December 2025.
The forum is expected to discuss issues relating to access to the property, the repair process itself, insurance claims, and fire safety projects, including the management of master keys. Maintenance visits and communication failures will also be on the agenda, with the aim of improving communication between leaseholders, the Neighbourhoods Team, and other relevant parties.
In addition to repairs, the Leaseholders' Forum will cover a range of other important topics. The Homeownership Manager will provide an update on behalf of the Neighbourhoods Team, and the forum will discuss and ask questions about the Leaseholder Services Update Report. The Leaseholder Services CLF report 3 Dec 2025 with notes will be presented. Feedback from the 6 November Leaseholder Conference will be presented by the Associate Cabinet Member for Leaseholders in the Leaseholder Forum Report 3 December 2025 Associate CM.
