A defined area where businesses have agreed to pool resources to improve their local business environment. Business-led partnerships that fund and deliver projects and services to improve defined commercial areas. Geographically defined areas where businesses have voted to pay an additional tax to fund projects that improve their local commercial environment. Business-led partnerships that allow local businesses to invest collectively in projects and services to enhance their trading environment.
