Residents of Central Hounslow will have the opportunity to directly address the council at an open forum scheduled for 11 September 2025. The forum is part of the Central Hounslow Area Forum meeting, which will take place at Holy Trinity Church - Hounslow at 7:30 pm.
The open forum aims to provide a platform for residents to raise questions and concerns directly with council representatives. While specific topics are not predetermined, residents are encouraged to submit questions in advance to facilitate a more organised and informed discussion. The council has stated that all submitted questions will receive a direct response, even if there isn't time to address them all during the meeting itself.
Residents can email their questions to CHAF@hounslow.gov.uk. Alternatively, questions can be submitted by post to: Democratic Services, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow TW3 3EB. Residents can also use the pro-forma included in the agenda pack and return it to Jane.medici@hounslow.gov.uk.
Councillor Daanish Saeed, Chair of the Central Hounslow Area Forum, will preside over the meeting. Other councillors expected to be in attendance include Councillors Rasheed Bhatti, Samia Chaudhary, Bandna Chopra, Ajmer Grewal, Pritam Grewal, Afzaal Kiani, Junue Meah, Farhaan Rehman, Jagdish Sharma and Mohammed Umair.
The meeting will also include an informal networking event from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm, allowing residents to speak with representatives from local organisations and council officers about individual issues.
