Greenwich Council is set to review its non-property assets at the upcoming Organisation and Communities Scrutiny Panel meeting on 25 September 2025.

The review will be conducted by the Organisation and Communities Scrutiny Panel, chaired by Councillor Joshua Ayodele. The panel will examine a report on the council's non-property stock assets. The meeting agenda, available online, also includes a verbal update on the council's digital strategy and a review of councillors' interests.

Panel members including Councillor Peter Baker, Councillor Jo van den Broek, Councillor Cathy Dowse, Councillor Asli Mohammed, Councillor Raja Zeeshan, and Councillor Matt Hartley will be required to declare any personal or financial interests in the items being discussed, as outlined in the Declarations of Interest report. This includes any interests that may affect them, a relevant person, or a relevant body more than a majority of those in the ward they represent.

The meeting is open to the press and public and will be recorded and broadcast on the Council's YouTube Channel.
