Greenwich Council is set to provide an update on its digital strategy at the upcoming Organisation and Communities Scrutiny Panel meeting on 25 September 2025.
The panel, chaired by Councillor Joshua Ayodele, will meet to review the council's progress on its digital initiatives. The meeting will be broadcast on the council's YouTube channel.
One key area of focus will likely be digital inclusion. According to the minutes of the previous meeting held on 17 April 2025, previous efforts to improve digital engagement were hindered by the loss of a promising, inclusive platform. The minutes also noted that the current system lacked accessibility and data ownership, which were seen as critical for effective community engagement.
The agenda for the meeting also includes apologies for absence, urgent business, and confirmation of the minutes of the meeting held on 17 April 2025.
