Wandsworth Council has extended its Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) to address anti-social behaviour and introduce new measures for dog control across the borough. Councillors voted to extend and vary the existing borough-wide PSPO, and introduce a new PSPO specifically for dog control.
The decision was made during a council meeting on Wednesday, 22 October 2025, where councillors voted to extend and vary the existing borough-wide PSPO and introduce a new PSPO specifically for dog control. The council consulted on the proposed changes, and a report on the consultation is available.
PSPOs are designed to prevent anti-social behaviour in public areas.

The council meeting also covered a range of other issues, including community safety, council finances, and housing. These topics will be covered in separate reports.
