Enfield Council's Safer Neighbourhood Board is focusing on the Joyce and Snells estates as part of Operation Pisces, an initiative aimed at tackling crime in specific areas. The update was provided at the Board's meeting on 23 June 2025, where members also discussed police updates, MOPAC funding, and ward-specific issues.

Chief Inspector Rob Gibbs, Enfield Safer Neighbourhoods, presented data on arrests, stops, and seizures made between June 2024 and January 2025 as part of Operation Pisces. The meeting agenda also highlighted that the Love Lane Estate and Rothbury Park in Haringey are included in the operation's scope. A presentation pack was provided, detailing strategic updates on schools, youth, town centres, retail crime, and parks.

The meeting also addressed partnership working and governance, with Councillor Ergin Erbil, Leader of Enfield Council, and Councillor Gina Needs, Cabinet Member for Community Cohesion and Enforcement, identified as members of the Executive Oversight Board. The presentation pack included data on total notifiable crime in Enfield, highlighting hotspots and expected seasonal changes.

Glenn Breslin, chair of the board, provided an update on MOPAC funding for 2025/26. Ward Panel Chairs also gave verbal updates on local issues. The board previously agreed to apply for MOPAC funding this year at a meeting on 17 February 2025, according to the public reports pack.
