The Redbridge Council Planning Committee is reviewing a planning application for a development at the garage block at Greenway Court 1, Valentines Road, Ilford. The meeting was scheduled to discuss planning application 0598/25.
The committee was scheduled to meet on Tuesday, 11 November 2025, to discuss the application. The agenda for the meeting included consideration of the Greenway Court development.

The Planning Committee, including Councillor Shoaib Patel, Councillor Jyotsna Rahman Islam, Councillor Gurdial Bhamra, Councillor Pushpita Gupta, Councillor John Peter Howard, Councillor Syed Shikul Islam, Councillor Saira Y. Jamil, Councillor Thavathuray Jeyaranjan, Councillor Nav Kaur Johal, Councillor Kumud Joshi, and Councillor Joel Anthony Herga, was also scheduled to approve the minutes of the meeting held on 15 October 2025.
