According to the report, trees on housing sites are managed in line with the Council's Tree Policy and are subject to a programmed three-year health and safety inspection regime. The Tree Section, comprised of trained tree officers, is responsible for inspections and contract monitoring.

The committee also discussed a range of other issues, including anti-social behaviour, housing performance, and resident engagement. A report from the Community Safety Team Leader highlighted that drug use and rough sleeping were the top ASB activities in the Hampstead DMC area. The report covered the period from April 2024 to April 2025.

The Director of Property Management provided an update on housing and property performance, noting that the council is strengthening how it measures and understands performance by introducing a refreshed set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Housing and Property services. These KPIs include key data called Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) that the Council must report to the Regulator of Social Housing.

Furthermore, the Housing & Property Services Engagement Manager presented a report providing a guide for the development of a training programme for engaged residents and tenants. The programme aims to equip residents with the skills and knowledge to participate in service reviews, collaborative improvement, and community leadership. The Tenant Engagement Quarterly Report shared insights and recommendations from the quarterly monitoring of tenant engagement activities and forums.
