Haringey Council is set to debate the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Business Plan and Budget for 2026/27 at the Housing, Planning and Development Scrutiny Panel meeting on Monday, 15th December 2025.

The Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Business Plan sets out the long-term strategy for managing and maintaining council housing stock. The HRA is a ring-fenced account used to manage income and expenditure related to council housing. The HRA Business Plan outlines the long-term strategy for managing and maintaining the council's housing stock, while the annual budget allocates resources to achieve the plan's objectives. The panel will receive the plan and budget and make recommendations.
