Network Rail is exploring options to bring the north bound platform station house at Catford Bridge Station back into use. The agency is working with Lewisham Council and prospective tenants to determine the best use for the building, though specific types of tenants have not been disclosed.
At the Public Transport Liaison Forum (PTLF) meeting on Wednesday 17 December 2025, Southeastern Railway (SER) and Network Rail reported that they have been working with these partners to explore options for the station house. Network Rail retains six commercial properties within the Borough of Lewisham. Of these, four are currently let to commercial tenants, but the specific uses are not detailed.
