Harrow Council is set to make significant investments in capital projects over the next three years, with a focus on housing and infrastructure projects, as well as school capital programmes, according to reports discussed at the Cabinet meeting on 18 December 2025.

The Draft Capital Programme 2026-27 to 2028-29 outlines the council's planned investments. The Cabinet also reviewed the Revenue & Capital Budget Monitoring Report Q2 2025-26, which provides an overview of the council's financial performance, including capital project progress.

Significant capital projects included in the programme are the School Organisation Update and School Capital Programme, Mote Mews construction works, a development of 100% affordable homes on the site of a former car park in Wealdstone, and the Poets Corner early works package report, regarding early works at the Poets Corner development.
