Harrow Council is set to discuss its enforcement policy at a Cabinet meeting on 18 December 2025.
The Cabinet, led by Councillor Paul Osborn (Leader of the Council), will review the current policy and consider potential changes. The scope of the policy covers various areas, including parking, waste management, and noise complaints, as detailed in the Enforcement Policy 2025.
The Enforcement Policy report, along with its appendices including the aforementioned Enforcement Policy 2025 and an Equalities Impact Assessment, will be presented to the Cabinet for consideration. The Equalities Impact Assessment contains information on the potential impacts of the proposed changes on Harrow residents and businesses.
