These included constitutional and administrative updates such as changes to committee meeting dates, nominations for outside bodies, alterations to committee memberships, and the calendar of meetings for 2026/27. A review of the council's constitution was also on the agenda, with proposed amendments aimed at clarification, correction of references, and updating titles and responsibilities. Furthermore, the council noted the political balance of the council and agreed that no changes should be made to the number of seats allocated to politically proportionate committees.
