A planning application for a development at 409 Green Lane in Eltham has been withdrawn from the agenda for the Greenwich Local Planning Committee meeting. The application was removed to allow for further consideration of specific highways matters.

The original application was for the reconfiguration of the front driveway, provision of ancillary structures, replacement of the front ground floor opening, alterations to the front main entrance and subdivision of the rear garden. Change of the ground floor from residential dwelling (Use Class C3) to nursery (Use Class E(f)).
Beth Lancaster, an officer for Greenwich Council, informed the committee that the item had been withdrawn and would be returned for consideration at a later date. It is anticipated that this will involve a further round of public consultation.
The Local Planning Committee met on Wednesday, 24 June 2026, to discuss several planning applications. The meeting was open to the public, and attendees were reminded that it was a meeting in public
rather than a public meeting.
According to the meeting minutes, the application will be returned to the committee in due course.
The officer also suspect[s] that there will be another round of consultation even on this.
