Harrow Council launched three Family Hub Networks in February, aiming to improve access to family and children's services (CYP) across the borough.
These networks aim to provide easier access to a range of family and CYP services across each neighbourhood in Harrow. The council is working closely with schools and VCS partners to deliver these services at various hubs, schools and VCS venues, integrating with existing services to avoid duplication.
The launch of the Family Hub Networks is a key achievement for Harrow, and will offer service coordination for patients and carers.
