Transport for London (TfL) is reviewing the possibility of installing step-free access at Turnham Green station, according to a recent meeting of the Hounslow Chiswick Area Forum.
The issue was raised by a resident who requested that the longstanding requests for the Piccadilly line to stop at Turnham Green Station and for a lift to be installed at the station be followed up and progressed.
Councillor Joanna Biddolph reported that TfL had now put Turnham Green Station on the list to be reviewed for step free access.
