Tower Hamlets Council is considering a new Complaints Compensation Policy for the Housing Management Service.
The Housing Management (Cabinet) Sub-Committee is scheduled to discuss the policy at its meeting on 24 September 2025. The meeting agenda is available online.
The Sub-Committee, chaired by Mayor Lutfur Rahman, will also discuss several other reports, including health and safety compliance policies, a new income collection policy, housing management performance, and the Safe Homes, Great Services Programme.
