Greenwich Council is preparing to make a decision regarding the future of the Woolwich Waterfront Leisure Centre site. The decision is outlined in the Forward Plan presented at the Overview and Scrutiny Committee meeting on Thursday, 16 October 2025, which was chaired by Councillor Lauren Dingsdale.
The Forward Plan indicates that the Cabinet was expected to make a decision on November 19, 2025. However, the scheduling of business is a continuous process and changes to the Forward Plan are possible.
The Forward Plan also includes decisions on topics such as the Draft Local Plan Consultation, the Health and Adult Services Vision 2025-2030, and the Agreement of new temporary street trading locations. These are among several upcoming executive decisions scheduled for consideration between October 2025 and January 2026.
