Greenwich Council to Decide on New E-Bike Scheme

Greenwich Council is set to decide on a new e-bike scheme, according to the Forward Plan presented at the Overview and Scrutiny Committee meeting on Thursday, 16 October 2025.

The plan, which outlines upcoming executive decisions for the period of October 2025 to January 2026, includes a Memorandum of Understanding with dockless e-bike operators (Forest). The decision regarding the e-bike scheme is expected to be made on 27 October 2025.
