Redbridge Council's Strategy and Resources Policy Development Committee has reviewed and agreed changes to the council's work plan for the remainder of the municipal year. The committee met on Tuesday, 10 February 2026, to discuss the plan, which outlines topics and evidence for upcoming meetings.
During the meeting, the committee noted that their line of inquiry for the year had concluded and that a summary report of recommendations would be drafted and circulated. The work plan itself was also noted by the committee. The committee approved the minutes from their previous meeting held on 2 December 2025 and received notification of actions arising from that meeting. These actions included analysing the correlation between app-based reports and casework to identify trends, developing a dashboard for performance monitoring, addressing technical issues with the Love Clean Streets app, setting specific targets for customer satisfaction and call reductions, and ensuring continued collaboration between departments to manage service pressure points.
