Splash Damage Announces Staff Reductions
Bromley-based video game developer Splash Damage has announced it is reducing its staff levels by 50%, according to a report given at the Bromley Economic Partnership meeting on 1 July 2025.
The company, known for its work on popular games, shared the news during partner updates at the meeting, which included representatives from various local businesses and organisations. The Public Reports Pack from the meeting summarised the announcement.
Caroline Tatchell, representing Splash Damage at the meeting, also noted that three executives from the company had recently attended the Game Developers Conference (GDC) in San Francisco and secured leads for potential new projects.
The Bromley Economic Partnership meets regularly to discuss issues affecting the local economy. The Agenda for the meeting included updates on the Openreach Bromley gigabit rollout, the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF), and the Economic Development Service.
